Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious but noisy due to street noise and the AC unit was not good. However, the location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff were accommodating. The dining options could be improved, but overall it was a decent stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while clean and spacious, had a strong smell of smoke, which was not pleasant. The service was friendly, but I encountered an issue with a transaction request that felt a bit uncomfortable. The location was good for our needs, although the area seemed a little rough at night. The dining options were limited, but the hotel offered organic fruits which was a nice touch.
I stayed at this hotel on August 8th and 9th, 2020. The rooms are clean and comfortable with big TVs and very comfortable mattresses; however, the thermostat never reached the set point and there was a leak. The service was accommodating, although it could be a bit more attentive. The location works well for visiting and sightseeing around San Diego, being very close to the Las Americas Premium Outlets near the Mexican border, with okay free parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast. The dining experience offers a full breakfast spread, but lacked variety and felt rushed at times.
